We are Lukáš and Lucka, a couple whose passion for exploration knows no bounds, accompanied always by our dogs, Karel and Baby. We run a well-known travel blog loudavymkrokem.cz. Our love for the majestic mountains, the enchanting southern Czech Republic, and the myriad cultures we’ve encountered in dozens of countries around the world fuels our wanderlust. But among all the destinations we’ve ventured, one country has captured our hearts in a special way: Portugal.
Our Love Affair with Portugal
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have found solace and an unexpected home in Portugal, especially during the winter months. Its captivating landscapes, rich history, and warm, welcoming culture have provided us with countless memories and experiences, offering a serene escape from the chilly Czech winters.
Our stays, often extending over a month at a time, are filled with explorations of its beautiful cities, coastlines, and hidden gems that only deepen our appreciation for this marvelous country.
Traveling Together: Our Greatest Adventure
Many perceive us as extremely fortunate to work online and travel, but we see our luck differently: we are lucky to have found each other. The ability to work from anywhere in the world and immerse ourselves in diverse cultures is wonderful, but the true beauty lies in experiencing it all together.
In 2021, we anchored ourselves in Písek (Czech Republic), acquiring an apartment where we could establish a base for our travels and our online business ventures.

Despite our nomadic lifestyle, we have never strayed from our entrepreneurial spirit. We manage the operations, finance, marketing, strategy, and development of our company nanoSPACE, and under our brand LK MEDIA, we help clients develop their online businesses.
Lucy, with her journalism background and role as Creative Director at nanoSPACE, brings creativity and strategic content creation to our ventures, servicing clients like the art gallery Soho Art Please from New York.
Lucas, with his analytical and technical expertise, manages the technical aspects of our projects, optimizing websites, working on SEO, implementing new features, and overseeing company processes.
